Kuma, meaning bear in Japanese was inspired by Japandi - a design style that combines Japanese and Scandinavian design.

Understanding the Vision

A Japandi-inspired 170″ Sprinter design blending clean Japanese simplicity with cozy, Scandinavian comfort. Complete with a shower, hidden pull-out toilet, full kitchen, and L-shaped sofa that converts to a lounge bed. This van proves that even minimalism can feel inviting.

Making Ideas Come To Life

How do you create a mobile space that balances serenity with full functionality? The goal: infuse minimal, uncluttered design while integrating essentials like a kitchen, bathroom, and flexible sleeping without sacrificing aesthetics or flow.

Bringing the Space to Life

KUMA brings harmony to the road. Warm bamboo cabinetry, sage accents, and shoji-style door deliver serene Japandi style, while clever features like no-hardware pulls, hidden stovetop, and modular seating make the build both beautiful and effortlessly usable.
